fitbit

I have had my fitbit for about 6 months and have been telling everyone how much I love it! UNTIL my battery ran too low for it to come on. I was in a hospital with no way to recharge it so it lost about 5 hours and now I cannot get it to sync with my iphone or change the time on it. I have done everything that I know to do by reading about all the problemls and solutions online. I am very frustrated. HELP
