From the time the tracker update is available in the app, it has stopped syncing. Its so frustrating nothing is working at all.. have been using for almost 8 months now and never faced any issues, it was always 5 stars but have to give 1 or 0 star until new update is available. Neither the watch nor app is working.. watch time is not current since its not syncing..
Fitbit team this is warning if you are getting complacent.. things change very quickly.. so get your acts together fast and dont let market share slip.
