So far it works as expected, but curious...
I bought the chargeHR simply for the HR feature. I don’t need most of the other features except for the step counter. I wanted to know how many steps I took on a typical work shift (8-9000!). I am curious about the step accuracy. The first day I took the fitbit on the treadmill to see how many miles it took to walk 10000 steps. The treadmill said 5.4 miles when I reached the 10K mark, but the fitbit indicated almost a mile less distance. Not sure what that means. I hope this device isn’t off by 20%. I have short legs… does that matter? Hah I would still recommend Fitbit for someone who likes fitness statistics. I have only worn it a few times so I can’t vouch for longevity. Fairly comfortable for the wristband material, and ridiculously easy to set up.
