So far so good. I am on my third day and I like what I see. In the past Ive had some health issues and this will help me move forward to getting better. The sleep tracker shows me not only how much I sleep I get but how long it takes to get to sleep and the overall value of it. I am not currently using the food tracker as I keep close tabs on that myself. The step and activity counters are great and help keep track of what I am doing. Happy.
